Eligibility for Returns

 

Return Process

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
